Kristy Wade is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and young adults.
She believes that every treatment plan should be individualized and developed collaboratively with clients and families. Kristy takes the time to understand each person's unique experiences, goals, and strengths while helping them build a path toward improved mental wellness.
