Resilience Counseling & Social Skills Center is always interested in meeting talented outpatient psychotherapists. Our team currently includes over 60 clinicians and over 4,000 active clients. We are looking to continue building our talk therapy and psychological services to the clients we serve.
We are seeking talented candidates to join our practice of over 60 clinicians.
We are seeking applicants who are passionate about providing evidenced based outpatient mental health treatment to children, teens and adults. We provide individual, group, family and couples counseling. We are currently seeking only full-time candidates that work with children, teens and adults.
Salaried Position with bonus earning available

Electronic Medical Records system with integrated telehealth feature to increase productivity and reduce time spent on maintaining clinical files.
For Resident’s in Counseling or Supervisee’s in Social Work you will register with an on-site clinical supervisor approved by the state board. Supervision provided at no cost to you!
For Resident’s in Counseling or Supervisee’s in Social Work Cost of licensure supervision is 100% covered and provided in-house.
This is a W2 position not a 1099 contractor position.
Monthly Clinical Case Consultation Meetings.
Liability Insurance Provided.
IRA benefit offered with 3% employer match after one year of employment
Earnings for Licensed Eligible Positions (LRIC/LSISW) range from $42,000.00-$60,000.00+
Earnings for Fully Licensed Positions (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LCP) range from $65,000.00-$120,000.00+

Resilience Counseling & Social Skills Center is always interested in meeting talented psychiatric providers. Our team currently includes over 60 clinicians and over 4,000 active clients. We are looking to continue building our medication management services to the clients we serve.
We are seeking applicants who are:
Passionate about providing evidenced based outpatient mental health treatment to children, teens and adults. Working with children is required.
