Zoe Patterson, MSW, Supervisee in Social Work works with children, teens, and adults navigating a range of emotional, relational, and life challenges while building a deeper understanding of themselves.
Zoe offers a gentle, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space where clients can show up as they are and feel genuinely understood. Her approach balances insight and practical tools, helping clients explore how past experiences may be shaping their current thoughts, emotions, and relationships while also building skills to feel more grounded in daily life. She incorporates mindfulness, coping skills, and somatic strategies to support emotional regulation and overall well-being.
Zoe works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and the impact of trauma, as well as those living with chronic illness or disability. As someone with a physical disability herself, she brings both personal and professional understanding to this work. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and practices with cultural humility.
Zoe has experience in intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) settings. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, with a minor in Gender, Sexuality, & Women’s Studies, from Randolph-Macon College, and her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
