Skyler Pecci, M.Ed, EdS, Resident In Counseling

Skyler Pecci, Resident in Counseling, takes an integrated, person-centered approach to therapy, supporting children, adolescents and adults as they navigate a variety of concerns and life experiences. 


Skyler draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Before transitioning to private practice, she worked as a middle school counselor. She enjoys working with teens and adults to help them build practical skills, develop healthy coping strategies, navigate relationships and boundaries, find and create meaning, and work through the challenges and transitions that life can bring.


Skyler approaches therapy with curiosity, respect, authenticity, and cultural competence. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change and strives to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Outside of counseling, Skyler enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
