Sarah Naseer, Resident in Counseling, is passionate about helping clients achieve their mental health goals, strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, and create meaningful, lasting change. Sarah is committed to providing a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. She values cultural humility and strives to provide culturally responsive care that honors each client's unique identity, lived experiences, and values. She works with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds.
Sarah brings experience from residential treatment, outpatient mental health care, and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, giving her a broad perspective on supporting individuals with a wide range of needs. She takes an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client's unique experiences and goals. Her work incorporates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills and mindfulness techniques, to help clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and foster personal growth.
