Rebecca Simon, Supervisee in Social Work, works primarily with adults and adolescents to help them better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and build meaningful, sustainable change.
Rebecca brings experience from inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings, where she has worked with individuals across a range of needs, diagnoses, and life circumstances. She takes a thoughtful, collaborative approach to therapy and creates a space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported while also being challenged to explore opportunities for positive change and growth.
Rebecca works primarily with individuals and can also provide family therapy, particularly when strengthening communication and relationships is an important part of the work. Rebecca is a trauma-informed therapist who utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches. She draws from many different therapeutic approaches to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their individual goals. She received her MSW from Boston College and her BA in Psychology from Brandeis University.
