Lichelle Brown, Resident in Counseling, is a compassionate and culturally attuned therapist dedicated to helping individuals deepen their self-awareness, heal from past wounds, and create meaningful change. With a direct yet gentle approach, Lichelle creates a therapeutic space that is both supportive and empowering—challenging clients to explore beneath the surface while always ensuring emotional safety and trust.
Rooted in a client-centered and trauma-informed framework, Lichelle integrates modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Synergetic Play Therapy. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychoanalytic techniques to meet each client where they are in their journey.
A native Spanish speaker and passionate advocate for mental health within the Latinx community, Lichelle is committed to breaking cultural stigmas and making therapy accessible and affirming. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University and works with children (5+), adolescents, and adults.
