Jillian Bennett, MHS, Resident in Counseling

Jillian Bennett, Resident in Counseling, works with clients to help them grow, heal, and move toward the life they want to live. She supports clients in making progress toward the unique goals that they want to focus on and achieve, whether that is improving communication, managing anxiety, strengthening emotional regulation, or navigating any of life’s challenges that may come their way.

She believes that meaningful change happens one step at a time, and that lasting growth begins with feeling supported, understood, and empowered.

Jillian has experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including schools, inpatient and residential substance use treatment, and private practice. Each setting has helped her develop her own counseling style and strengthen her clinical skills. She is passionate about helping clients work through a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. Jillian is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and practices with cultural humility. She welcomes clients of all ages (5+) and backgrounds.
