Hayley Jenkins, MSW, Supervisee In Social Work

Hayley Jenkins, MSW, Supervisee in Social Work, works with individuals to create a supportive, client-led space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Her approach is relational and collaborative, emphasizing trust, authenticity, and the importance of feeling safe in the therapeutic relationship.

Hayley works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and stress. She believes each person is the expert in their own life and meets clients where they are, supporting them in identifying goals and exploring what “feeling better” looks like for them. Sessions with Hayley often feel warm, conversational, and grounding--creating space for both deep reflection and actionable steps forward.

She draws from several therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and is formally trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Narrative Therapy, which she uses to support clients in identifying their strengths and building momentum for change. Hayley is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive in her work.

Hayley holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and works under clinical supervision with William Datta as she pursues licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She sees clients ages 5 and up.
