Ezra Randle, LRIC

Ezra has a calling to assist individuals in navigating through difficult times in their life and a passion to work with all who seek to enrich their lives through the counseling process. This is a process in which the individual seeking assistance can learn that they have many gifts they may overlook as they navigate towards overcoming life’s many obstacles.

Ezra served as a United States Marine for 8 years as a Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense Specialist. He served two combat tours before being honorably discharged. He started his journey in the counseling field more than 30 years ago working with his own children. One with autism and another diagnosed with bipolar and schizo-affective disorders. He has worked in the counseling field for more than 10 years in a variety of settings. He started working with couples as a Certified Coach. He also provided services for individuals dealing anger and teens struggling with difficulties in their home.

In the therapeutic setting he has provided services as a community based-counselor and as a TDT worker. Ezra has experience working with various clients dealing with different challenges and presenting issues. He completed his Bachelors at Nyack College with a degree in Organizational Management and went on to graduate from Liberty University with a graduate degree in Human Services. He returned to Liberty to complete his Master’s in Professional Counseling and is currently working towards completing his hours for licensure.

Ezra has gained extensive experience providing behavioral services to adults, adolescents, couples, and families that have presented with various mental health disorders. He completed psychosocial assessments, creating treatment plans, provided individual and family group therapeutic services. Ezra continues to work with juveniles that are battling addiction through the court systems as well as adults that are laboring with various difficulties including: anxiety, depression, panic attacks, ADHD and patients with history of sexual abuse, trauma and other mental health conditions.

Ezra utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques and understands that the key to unlocking healing rests within the individual seeking assistance. He will walk alongside the individual and provide a caring and non-judgmental atmosphere throughout the healing process.

Ezra continues to serve his community and family and is adopting three additional children after raising six adult children of his own.
