Cori Jackson believes that meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. She strives to create a warm, mindful, and collaborative environment where clients can explore life's challenges with curiosity, self-compassion, and confidence. Rather than relying on a single approach, Cori tailors each session to meet her clients' unique needs, drawing from mindfulness, person-centered, and solution-focused therapy to help them make meaningful progress.

Cori works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, communication challenges, and personal growth. With over ten years of experience as a school counselor, she has extensive experience supporting individuals through emotional, academic, and interpersonal challenges while fostering resilience and healthy coping skills. Clients can expect sessions that balance compassionate listening with practical strategies they can begin using in their everyday lives.

Cori is a Libra Sun, Scorpio Rising, and Sagittarius Moon who is committed to creating an affirming space where clients feel safe bringing their authentic selves. She believes healing is not one-size-fits-all and works collaboratively with each client to discover what is most effective for them. Cori offers both in-person and telehealth counseling services.
