Ashleigh Jackson, MA, Resident In Counseling
Ashleigh Jackson, Resident in Counseling, provides a safe and supportive atmosphere to help clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings without the fear of judgement. She uses an integrated approach, including faith-based interventions when that is a good fit for the client, to support clients in healing and becoming the best version of themselves. It is Ashleigh’s goal that upon the end of the counseling process, clients will have improved self-esteem, communication skills, coping skills and tools to use when feeling anxious, depressed, or faced with a variety of life’s challenges.
In addition to being a Resident in Counseling in Virginia, Ashleigh is also a National Certified Counselor, (NCC). She has experience providing counseling to adults and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, feeling overwhelmed, grief, assertiveness, and communication skills. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is also an alumni of Argosy University, where she earned a Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology in 2018.
