THERAPIST

Allison Kreisman, M.ED., Resident In Counseling

Allison Kreisman, Resident in Counseling, believes therapy should be inclusive, accessible, and personalized to each client’s unique values and experiences.

Allison's approach is primarily person-centered. She meets clients with compassion and curiosity, facilitating growth and insight to face life's challenges. She is especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity and life transitions. Allison also has an interest in trauma work, particularly the mind-body connection. She draws on a range of modalities, including CBT, ACT, DBT mindfulness skills, strengths-based and creative exercises.

Outside of therapy, she loves music, art and crafting, and spending time with her pets.
